Machining
Our machining departments are the foundation of our company. With our machines and reliable machinists, we are able to take the first step in making the finished part. Our machinists are experienced. With our CNC horizontal milling, vertical milling, mill-turn, lathes, and grinding machines, our operators are able to machine parts to meet your specifications. We also have honing capabilities.
Assembly
When all the smaller parts are finished and the hardware is bought, they still have to be assembled together onto the main assembly. Let S&L Aerospace Metals assemble your parts to top quality. In recent years, our assembly department has expanded. With better training and more space, our assembly capabilities are second to none.
Hydraulic Testing
When a finished product is fully assembled, how do you know it can withstand the pressure of the environment? With S&L’s hydraulic testing department, parts are pressure tested to ensure that there are no leaks. With five hydraulic test stands, we can ensure that your parts are tested fast and to standard, so that the final product is ready to fly.
